XFINITY

Jorge V | 11-08-2014

Comcast service is good most of the time. The speed is acceptable, not remarkable. Same applies to their pricing, it could be better for the quality of service. Frequently it will slow down during bad weather or high winds. Their automated customer service is frustrating and it should be improved.

Comcast provides adequate service although customer service is generally poor. More than once they were unable to schedule a technician to come to the house for more than a week and if you have teens, you realize this is a very, very long time to go without internet access.
