Internet is great when it actually works. God for bid your play online games you'll constantly get disconnected, packet loss etc. Call spectrum and they tell you everything is working fine. Obviously it's not.

Worst customer service ever, calling is a nightmare, some reps are very difficult to understand what they’re saying. To get to an actual person you have to deal with the machine for a long time to later find out this is not the person you need. In terms of service the signal is very weak most of the time, like now when I just have a bar. 40 year years + as faithful customers I think we need to move on. AT&T sucks.
