Having terrible lag spikes and speed issues -- even though I'm paying 85 bucks a month for 1gbps high speed. Called in and once the tech finally came after several days and a missed appointment, he told me I had "too much signal" and it was overwhelming the router. He put a limiter on it and said a team would be out in a couple weeks to fix the root problem over at a connection box on my street. Here I sit 3 months later with lag spikes a plenty and no real fix. Terrible service, terrible company.
