Signed up a month ago as a new home customer. They have yet to get my account set up right. First they failed to honor the price I was quoted for the services I requested, then charged me for those services without delivering them. Internet speed is half of what I paid for. Channels that I pay for as a premium come and go from out of my line up. Each time I contact Customer Service it's 2 - 5 days before someone gets back to me after spending an hour on the phone and having the issue unresolved. There are apparently no other options in my area, so fun galore!

The internet cuts out quite frequently and customer service is pointless. Exchanged out at least 4 machines and now is gonna be 5 as I had trouble connecting the few days. Probably gonna change providers in the next few days.

Worst customer service ever! We've lost service twice in past few weeks. When we call, they ask us to accept their terms and conditions (again) for a service we've had since last November and enter a credit card. Every time we do this, we get double charged and they still haven't issued the associated credit to our account. This happened previously and the initial ticket has been open for several months and they still have not issued the credit! If I had option to use a different provider, I would!!

This company tells me that my area is not worthy of high speed internet, so I purchase what is available, but what they give me 90% of the time is under, way under and last night it was as bad as dial up.

My speed for what we do on the Internet is outstanding, about thirty five mbs. That's why I gave five stars for teriffic speed. We have one desktop and two iPads. We also have two smart phones and a smart tv. Never an issue with slowing down. When my grandsons are here add two more smart phones, still no problem. I feel the pricing is ok, it's less that what I paid with another provider in a different state for the same service. The service both on the phone and when a tech comes out is exactly what I expect. Treat me with respect and get my problem resolved, what more can I ask for. I have had an occasion to go to the local office to replace some equipment and found them to be wonderful.

They have the WORST customer service since AOL! I am promised a rate and then get a bill for double that. Then, you call and are left on hold forever trying to get it straightened out. Looking for an internet provider that keeps their word. Wonder if there is one?
