Absolutely horrible. Kicks off every 30 min at minimum. Contacted company and they told me i should only connect 1 device at a time. Requested upgrade which ive been charged for, for months. Their reply was i should feel lucky i have internet at all. Very irritated. I dont understand how a company like this can exist. Asked for a supervisor to call back and over a month later ive still not gotten a response back.
