How you feel that $91 a month is a proper price for internet and Wi-Fi is beyond me so after many years you have forced me to go to one of your competitors who are at least $20 cheaper and same if not better quality. There's still time I haven't changed yet. Really don't know who told you people would pay this price.

SPEED IS SUFFICIENT, PRICING IS GREAT FOR THE FIRST YEAR. THEN TWC TAKES YOU TO THE CLEANERS, BY INCREASING RATES MEASURABLY EVERY YEAR. 37% INCREASE LAST YEAR, 36% INCREASE THIS YEAR... CUSTOMER "NO" SERVICE IS OF LITTLE HELP, AS THEY TRY TO CONVINCE YOU THAT THEIR SCRIPTED RESPONSE IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR YOUR SITUATION. I SHOULD FEEL GOOD ABOUT PAYING MORE! I DON'T. I AM SWITCHING OR UNPLUGGING!
