Although we’ve been happy with “T-Mobile” as our cellphone carrier, their internet service has constant Wi-Fi drops which can not “self reset.” The only way to restore the internet service and Wi-Fi is to manually unplug and replug in the modem. This is extremely frustrating when you are away from your primary location in which your security systems are connected and thus compromised.
