Spectrum

HAMED S | 01-15-2022

Worst service of any internet provider. Most of what they tell you over the phone is either completely inaccurate or purely dishonest. They also force you to pay for an entire months service when you cancel early, so beware. Terrible organization all around.

I have been a U verse subscriber since there was a U Verse and AT&T support has continuously gotten worse not better. Their phone support has now been outsourced overseas and just communicating is problematic. My entire TV and Internet crashed and they can only off a 5 day repair appointment. I suspect they are cutting costs by reducing technicians locally. Interenet Speeds are also erratic at times.I am trying to find a reliable alternative.
