Comcast has without a doubt, the WORST customer service of any company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Since December 2022 I have spent 4 hours on the phone attempting to resolve issues. I have also made a trip to one of their stores. Upon investigation my pricing and service has changed without my knowledge or consent. I have owned my own business for 33 years and have dealt the public and other business during those 33 years, I have never dealt another company as horribly difficult as xfinity/Comcast! One may receive 5 different answers from 5 different people if you are lucky enough to get past the automated attendant. A company as large as xfinity/Comcast should have after all these years, learned how to help their customers rather than infuriate them.

Itā€™s worth customer service I have ever worked with. When I call for billings, technical issues or any other reasons , it take 20-30 minutes to discuss my issues with automatic answering machine which absolutely worthless, after several calls about same issues when you get to live agents, they never able to help with anything. I have never seen so many incompetent employee at same place. Unfortunately, my area where I live service by Xfinity and I have NO choice but stay with them. I am hoping other provider come to my area and I will be transferring my service as soon I can

Terrible - keep adding costs - every day they slow down my service as I work from home - they think I can't see them doing it, I can. And they keep adding costs if I go over. Using them for 28 years. Time to cancel
