I’ve been paying $56 per month for almost non-existent service. I plan to drop this “service” as soon as EMEPA gets the new fiber lines run. I’ve called AT&T numerous times in the past, spending at least an hour on the phone each call. Their solution is always to send me a new modem. A new modem doesn’t help if there’s no service. There has been NO attempt by AT&T to improve service to our area.
