Unreliable buggy service speeds not up to where they should be. Some nasty customer service people. It's just an unreliable service. So if you like internet that goes off and on and sometimes off for hours and hours you'll love them. I thought I'd give him a try but they sucked. I would stay away from Windstream kinetic or whatever they call themselves in the future. Poorly run business shoddy service and buggy internet.

Internet speed is good with occasional slowdowns around peak times. I have witness on more than a few occasions that they throttle back on Netflix and the video distorts or switches to a lower video quality. I can stream Amazon Prime without issue. So it is either Netflix or throttling the internet speed. The pricing is ok but speed needs to pickup in my area to make the cost seem worth it. It used to be that you had to call and haggle every three months but now they lock you in for a year. When your contract expires the rates increase quickly so keep an eye on your bill.
