AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICE. After dealing with so many agents that the only thing they do is read over the information on the statement and nothing gets resolved and prices are changed as Spectrum pleases, I had enough, and today I called to cancel and now CSR wants to offer all kinds of cookies for me to keep the service. The event of canceling the service over the phone is a nightmare, they put you on hold but I found out that the office opens Saturday, and I will do it in person. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL ENDS.

/I was charged on08/27/23 the monthly bill, I called on 8/28/23 to cancel the internet service and I was told that I could not get a refund for canceling the services one day after the service was already paid. I was told I am not entitled to a refund which is totally unfair. ALLL companies of all kind of services provides a refund for days of services not used. That is why I moved to T-MOBIL,

I work as a Stay At home tech support advisor and rely on my network. Every time it rains or there even the slightest storm it starts dropping. When it doesn't work I don't get paid. Yesterday had an almost all day outage. Today it's back to full speed but drops off every few minutes and disconnected several of my callers. I had to again take day off. I don't feel it's too reliable and am starting search for different provider.
