We changed over from Time Warner to Spectrum this week. I was on the phone with customer service for probably a total of 5-6 hours over three days. Every person I talked with was so helpful and so willing to answer any of my many questions. They talked me through the set up of new equipment, which I received less than 24 hours after ordering. They were able to reduce my bill by about $60 as well.

Service and speed are average but beware once the special sign on deal expires the price goes through the roof. They show there customer service to faithful customers by almost doubling the prices after the "honeymoon" period is over.
