Cape Coral Residential Internet Coverage

Lying along the Gulf of Mexico, Cape Coral is a large city of approximately 165,000 people.

Fiber internet is extremely accessible in this area, with Centurylink Prism providing service as far north as Burnt Store Road, as far south as Chiquita Boulevard, as far west as Matlacha Shores, and as far east as Viscaya Parkway. The CenturyLink DSL network is identical to the fiber network, reaching the entire city of Cape Coral.

Several major cable providers are established in this area. Xfinity reaches the city limits in all four directions, extending its network beyond the northern city limits to include neighboring communities.

Another major fiber internet service provider in Cape Coral is FPL FiberNet, which covers all of Cape Coral in its large service area.

If cable, DSL, or Fiber aren_t your thing, satellite internet is available, as well. The largest satellite provider in Cape Coral is Hughesnet, which has an established coverage map that reaches nearly every Cape Coral Neighborhood.

Xfinity might be fast but it is NOT reliable at all. I have had at least 7-10 outages since I got onboard in October of 2022. Each outage takes twice as long as they originally predict and they never give credits. I have missed entire days worth of work due to bad internet by this provider and I am going to switch ASAP. Avoid these clowns like the plague

Worst internet provider I have ever had. The service is unreliable, hardly works most of the month, internet speed is ridiculously slow. If I could change providers, I would INSTANTLY. Sadly, the community im living in has a contract with them so im forced to.
