Their internet is expensive and their mobile service sucks because even though you have unlimited data it still doesn’t work without lagging and having to be connected to WiFi to get good service that’s not good at all and I’m in the middle of the city

I am very pleased with Time Warner Internet. They have fantastic customer service, which to me is the most important.I have never had a real big problem with their service, but any problems I've had they helped me with until the issue was resolved.I think the pricing is fair and the speed of my internet is fine!
