Worst service ever. I supposedly have "blast" which they boast about... yet it is less than 200 mbps... which is the lowest for anyone elses service, but "boastable" for Xfinity. Customer service is a joke. Pricing is outrageous. If you have options other than Xfinity... TAKE THEM! I will certainly change this review if there is ever an improvement (not holding my breath)
