Internet speed is good. Monthly fees are all over the place. One month it's 81.00, another month it's $55 dollars. February was $38.00, then a bill for $49 dollars a couple of days later, then a bill for $125.00 about a week after the $38 dollar bill was paid. 125.00 due in March, no way Jose!

This is by far the most incompetent internet/cable provider I have ever had! Takes too long to get anyone on the phone, never resolves the issues we experience with internet and to top it off we're paying $175.00 for what!!!!!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. The wait for internet activation is TWO WEEKS. I signed up on May 21, and my service won't go live until June 6? What planet is this company operating from? I won't bore you with more details on the terrible customer service experience I just had. Suffice to say it's what you expect from a company that takes two weeks to activate internet service.
