My house gets 1 MB a second maybe 1.5 when it tops out. This is unacceptable. You could barely run youtube.

When I originally called to get my Internet set up the woman I was speaking with told me a different price per month than I am actually paying. Other than that, the speed I'm getting is fast enough for what I need on a daily basis. They've also been good about working with a payment plan over the winter.
