We had a perfect Installation; no ifs, no buts, no coconuts. Does not offer free Government-subsidized service at this time. You get what you pay for. We went through a power outage from a severe storm for sixteen hours, my battery-backup UPS stayed on, and we never lost any connection on the buried fiber at 1000mbps, unlike Spectrum (on my second computer), which blinked in and out repeatedly. Yes, we are watching you. If reliability is your need, then North State is the answer. I cannot thank them enough!
