We have had you for 6 weeks . In those 6 weeks we have been down 3 times and my wife works from home . You price is awesome but not if my wife canā€™t work . It is due to bad weather . We left ATT to come to T Mobile . But will search other providers if this canā€™t be resolved . We had ATT for 7 years and never had an issue with losing service . So I do hope you get this figured out soon .
